Nikolaos Tsiboukas

Overview

Mr. Tsiboukas has over 26 years of experience in providing audit and consulting services in similar companies of the auditing sector (KPMG, ANDERSEN and SOL). For almost five years, he served as an Audit Partner at KPMG and currently is Chairman of the Board of DFK PD AUDIT S.A.

Responsibilities

His main responsibility is to provide audit services to companies operating in Greece mainly in the financial, industrial and commercial sector. He is also specialized at specific financial audits on capital increases, acquisitions and mergers. His role as Chairman of the Board includes the supervision and guidance of Company’s auditors in providing high quality services within the existing legal framework and in accordance with the policies of DFK international organization.

Margarita Panagiotopoulou

Overview

Ms. Panagiotopoulou has 10 years of experience in providing audit and advisory services to related companies in the industry (SOL S.A. LTD). She holds a PhD Department in Business Administration, University of the Aegean in the subject of the Audit and Accounting. For two years she served as Equity Partner in SOL S.A. and is currently Equity Partner and holds the position of Managing Director of the audit firm DFK PD AUDIT AE.

Responsibilities

Her main responsibility is to provide audit services to companies operating in Greece mainly in the Insurance, Industrial and Commercial Sector. She is also specialized at specific financial audits on capital increases, acquisitions and mergers as well as fraud audits. Her role as Audit Partner includes the supervision and guidance of the audit team in accordance with the DFK policies, defining the importance of the design of controls and the review of all major deliverables of projects to customers. She also participates in committees in and outside the company to analyze and elaborate various accounting and auditing issues.

Barbara Savvidi

Overview

Mrs. Savvidi has 10-year experience in providing audit and consulting services in similar companies within the auditing sector. She is currently Senior Audit Manager in the Audit Department of DFK PD AUDIT.

Responsibilities

Her main responsibility is to provide audit services to companies operating in Greece mainly activating in the industrial and commercial sector. She is also specialized at specific financial audits on mergers, acquisitions, spin-off division and transformation of companies into other legal forms.

Her role as a Senior Audit Manager includes daily supervision and guidance of audit teams to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the audit services in accordance with DFK policies. She collaborates and informs the Audit Partner on all audit issues and assists in preparing all major deliverables to clients.
